If you want to start your journey to keep a better body to feel better, here are some suggestions:

5 Best Tips to make Fitness a Habit for Lifetime

1. Exercise daily

Exercise daily for at least one hour. You should not kill yourself from running, jogging, etc. Instead you should have some kind of moderate physical activity in your everyday life. If you want to restore some pounds faster, exercise high level intensity. For example, go for fast walking for one hour. Or, you can set the jog and some intervals to sprint during that time. Make sure you are not in serious pain during your exercise. Just a warning, your muscles will have pain after high intensity workout. It can be disturbing, but it means that your body is changing for better. Be sure to hydrated, stretch, and eat with a good amount of protein after each exercise. Protein will help keep your muscles, not fat, reconstruction

2. Eat the right food and Each Meal

It does not matter if your stomach is asking you to go for candy at a healthy diet, try to stay away from sweets. Sugar from candy will not help you in shape. Even if it's just a candy bar, then eventually it will lead to each other. Fruits and vegetables are the best thing to eat when you come in shape. For example, apples do a good job of stomaching for 3 to 4 hours. Green vegetables such as green beans and broccoli keep the digestive system clean and moving.

Apart from this, meat like lean turkey and chicken remain lean. Seafood, such as shrimp and tilpia are also great options. These foods are packed with proteins and healthy nutrients to help keep the muscles fit and ready for workout. Also, be sure to share whatever you eat. Having a good metabolism comes from eating food. Rather than eating three big meals all day, try to eat six times a day and plan to set up small parts. It will also help you in breathing while working in the air rather than roaming and lunging. This is because your digestive system will have less food, which means that more energy is used for your exercise.

3. Should know of your calories and food intake per day

Keeping track of how many calories you eat in one day will be helpful in planning your physical exercise. Never wonder why people of body builders are so big? This is because they plan their food and take more calories (healthy) compared to the average person. On the other hand, attempts for weight loss and skinier body will involve more physical exercise compared to the calories you eat.

4. Make sure to sleep

Even though most of us have eight hours of work during the day or night, it is important to take enough sleep to recharge the body's battery. Sleep will keep the body alive for six to eight hours, but if you feel tired at any time after coming home from work, then take a small nap before exercising in every way. You should only take a nap for half an hour. This will stop you from staying at night later.

5. Be Inspired

To be in shape is to set an important key goal and to have a positive mindset. If you are positive, you will be able to push yourself to get that fit body you always wanted.
